I love tilapia recipes! Tilapia is a great source of protein and has low levels of sodium. According to the American Heart Association and many other experts, one should eat seafood at least twice a week to obtain the Omega-3 fatty acids that our body needs. Although tilapia fish has higher levels of Omega-6 fatty acids, tilapia is a great food to embrace in your diet.

  • Tilapia fish fillet (Tilapia fish works well with this topping, but you can try other variations)

 Papaya Mix:

  • 1 cup fresh papaya cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup of cashews crushed
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 fresh squeezed lemon

Baking tilapia fish is very easy. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Then top fish fillets with papaya mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F.
